EVANSDALE - Clarice M. Rose, 79, of Evansdale, died Monday, Oct. 11, at Cedar Valley Hospice Home, Waterloo.

She was born May 20, 1931, in Ridgeway, daughter of Herbert and Maude Blumgren Albertson. She married Leonard "Jim" Rose Aug. 14, 1948, in Nashua. He died Sept. 27, 2001.

Survived by: a son, Daniel (Paula) of Cedar Falls; a daughter, Gloria (Bill) Kammeyer of Waterloo; nine grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; a great-great-granddaughter, Amara Rose; a sister, Margaret Kirchmann of Cedar Falls; two brothers, Dale Albertson and Larry (Pat) Albertson, both of Waterloo; a brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Dale and Donna Watters of Elk Run Heights; and two special cousins, Marlene Hunter of Cresco and Emmajean (Herb) Pfiffner of Dunkerton.

Preceded in death by: a brother, Dean Albertson.

Memorial service: 10 a.m. Friday at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on West Ridgeway, with inurnment in Garden of Memories Cemetery. Public visitation for an hour before services Friday at the funeral home.
