LA PORTE CITY - Patricia A. "Patti" Kautz, 52, of La Porte City, died Saturday, Aug. 21, at Cedar Valley Hospice Home in Waterloo.

She was born March 8, 1958, in Cedar Falls, daughter of George P. and Eva M. Licht Kelley. She married Dan Kautz Dec. 11, 1992, in Las Vegas.

She was a manager at Pizza Hut and was employed at GMAC.

Survived by: her husband; her mother of La Porte City; a son, Eli at home; and two brothers, Mark (Nancy) Kelley of Cedar Falls and Michael (Linda) Kelley of Mount Pleasant.

Preceded in death by: her father.

Memorial Services: 11 a.m. Tuesday at American Lutheran Church, with burial in West View Cemetery, both in La Porte City. Friends may call from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. Monday at the church, and for an hour before services Tuesday at the church. La Porte City Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.

Memorials: may be directed to the family.

She loved to camp, taking pictures of scenery, birds, and animals and McFarlane Park.
