Services are pending at the Dahl Funeral Home for Mrs. Frances Mary Schrag,43,Rte 1,Cedar Falls, Iowa who died Monday night at Satori Memorial Hospital of Cancer.

She was born Frances Penne to Clyde and Lydia Penne on Oct 9,1920 in Brandon,Iowa.

On June 24,1939 she was married to George Schrag at San Diego,California.

She was a member of the Janesville Methodist Church and was employeed by Rath Packing Company of Waterloo for 13 years.

She is survived by four children;Andrew in Chicago,Illinois;Mrs. Beverly J. Mir in Fhahi,Iran;Mrs. Sandra J. Morrison and Ronald
at home;her father,Clyde Penne of St.Petersburg,
Florida;three brothers, Walter and Dale Penne of
St. Petersburg, Florida, Earl Penne of Lancaster,
California;a sister,Mrs. Eleanor Gradner,2716 Burton Avenues,Waterloo,Iowa; and three granddaughters.

She is preceded in death by her mother, husband and daughter,Patricia Ann.

Burial at Greenwood Cemetery in Cedar Falls,Iowa
