WATERLOO - Austin Michael Carr, 4, of Waterloo, died Thursday, May 20, at St. Mary's Hospital, Rochester, Minn. during surgery.

He was born Dec. 23, 2005, in Shakopee, Minn., son of Richard and Susan Pines Carr.

He attended Kittrell Elementary in Waterloo in the pre-kindergarten class.

Survived by: his parents; five brothers, Cory (Becky) Schanke of Cameron, Mo., Mitchell (Edlira) Schanke, Tyreece Carr, Noah Carr and Daniel Carr, all of Waterloo; and four sisters, Melissa Herold, Gabi Carr, Dani Carr and Olivia Carr, all of Waterloo.

Services: 2 p.m. Tuesday at Nazareth Lutheran Church, Cedar Falls, with burial in Waterloo Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday at Richardson Funeral Home and for an hour before services Tuesday at the church.
