WATERLOO - Truman E. Hall, 75, of Waterloo, died Wednesday, March 24, at the Cedar Valley Hospice Home.

He was born July 3, 1934, in Independence, son of Donald and Obera Ellen Prouty Hall. He married Juanita M. Holden on June 19, 1954, in Lincoln, Neb.

Mr. Hall graduated from Cedar Falls High School in 1952. He worked as manufacturing and engineering manager at Viking Pump Industries, Cedar Falls, for 37 years, retiring in 1996. He also served in the U.S. Navy from 1952 to 1956.

Survived by: his wife; a daughter, Linda (Phillip) Myers of Findlay, Ohio; two sons, David of Malmo, Neb., and Harold of Waterloo; three grandchildren, Bethany (Anthony) Branan of Arlington, Ohio, and Angela Hall and Michael Hall, both of Waterloo; five great-grandchildren, Willie James Marvets, Cody Marvets, Jacob Branan, Christian Branan and Shelbie Adams; and a sister, Mary (James) Willingham of Locust Grove, Ga.

Preceded in death by: his parents; two brothers, Eugene and David; and a sister, Margaret Gosden.

Services: 2 p.m. Saturday at Locke Funeral Home, preceded by an hour of visitation. Burial will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery with military rites by Waterloo AMVETS Post 19 and Evansdale AMVETS Post 31.
