WATERLOO --Edythe L. Damme, 60, of Waterloo, died Monday, Feb. 28, 2000, at Allen Hospital of natural causes.

She was born Sept. 9, 1939, in Westgate, daughter of Charles and Thelma Byerly. She married Stanley L. Damme on Oct. 19, 1968, in Waterloo.

Survived by: her husband; two sons, Curtis of Waterloo and Charles of Ames; a daughter, Carman Damme of Ottumwa; four grandchildren; three brothers, Ralph Byerly of Yucca Valley, Calif., Wayne Byerly of Bellevue, Neb., and Gene Byerly of Tipton; and two sisters, Kathryn Byerly of Waterloo and Donna Moch of Flat, Mo.

Preceded in death by: her parents.

Services: 2:30 p.m. Friday at Parrott & Wood Family Funeral Care, with burial in Garden of Memories. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday and for an hour before services Friday at the funeral home.
