WATERLOO — Levora Sheppard, 91, of Waterloo, died Jan. 22 at home; cause of death pending state medical examiner’s report.

She was born June 14, 1918, in Waterloo, daughter of David and Mamie Farr Hollins. She married Clarence Eugene Sheppard Sr. on Dec. 12, 1938; he preceded her in death.

Mrs. Sheppard was formerly employed with Palace Clothiers.

Survived by: a son, Clarence Jr. (Sheryll) of Inglewood, Calif.; a grandchild; three stepgrandchildren; and a sister, Maxine Crossley of Kansas City, Mo.

Memorial services: 11 a.m. Friday at Antioch Baptist Church, with burial of cremains in Fairview Cemetery.
