WATERLOO - Tim Mehmen, 46, of Waterloo, died at his home Thursday, Jan. 28.

He was born Sept. 15, 1963, in Waterloo, son of Galen and Sandra Bradfield Mehmen. He married Cindy Simons in Waterloo.

Mr. Mehmen was employed as a union carpenter.

Survived by: his wife; two sons, Randy Simons of Waterloo and Shannon Million of Wascilla, Ala.; a daughter, Andrea (Chris) Million Cole of Okemah, Okla.; his mother and stepfather, Sandra and Ron Weiss of Waterloo; five grandchildren, Alexia Mae James of Las Vegas, Mia Million and Nathan Million, both of Wascilla, and Braiden Million and Colter Cole, both of Okemah, Okla.; his brother, Tom of Shellsburg; a sister, Lisa Mehmen of Cedar Falls; and a nephew, Kyle Mehmen.

Preceded in death by: his father; paternal grandparents, Mema and Blanche Mehmen; and maternal grandparents, Max and Betty Bradfield.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on West Ridgeway, with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery. Public visitation from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, where there will be a 7 p.m. rosary. Visitation also an hour before services Tuesday at the funeral home.
