CEDAR FALLS - Myrna C. Patterson, 73, of Cedar Falls, died Saturday, Dec. 26, at Cedar Falls Lutheran Home.

She was born Jan. 7, 1936, in Latimer, daughter of Jens and Edna Oleson Christensen. She married Donald Patterson in 1954; they later divorced.

Survived by: four sons, Roger (Sue Albert), Jim (Jody) and Mike (Jackie), all of Cedar Falls, and Todd (Nancy) of Hudson; a daughter, Anita (Chad) Wolf of Cedar Falls; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; three brothers, Volney Christensen of Alden, Allen (June) and Merlin Christensen, both of Clarion; and two sisters, Alice (Paul) Christensen of Belmond and Eleanor (Telbert) Tonderum of Dows.

Preceded in death by: a brother, Lloyd Christensen; and a sister, Helen Woltjer.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Hudson United Methodist Church, Hudson, with burial at 2 p.m. in Mount Hope Cemetery, Dows. Public visitation from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home, and for an hour before services Thursday at the church.
