WATERLOO - Dorothy Anne Zikuda, 89, of Waterloo, died Sunday, Oct. 18, at Ravenwood Nursing and Rehab Center.

She was born Feb. 12, 1920, in Cresco, daughter of Theodore H. and Mabel Fye Aberg. She married William C. Zikuda on July 27, 1941, in Cresco. He died June 25, 2005.

Mrs. Zikuda graduated from Cresco High School. She was a bookkeeper for Waterloo Concrete Co., retiring in 1977. She also was a member of Kimball Avenue United Methodist Church.

Survived by: a son, Kenneth C. (Karen) of Waterloo; a daughter, Carol L. (Gus) Puth of Cadiz, Ky.; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a sister, Gladys Goffron of Chicago.

Preceded in death by: two brothers, Donald and Leland Aberg; and a sister, Irene Folsum.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Kimball Avenue United Methodist Church, with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery. Public visitation from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Kearns, Huisman-Schumacher Chapel, and for an hour before services Wednesday at the church.
