WATERLOO - Karlee M. Nagel, 18, of Waterloo, died Sunday, Oct. 11, at Allen Hospital from injuries suffered in an automobile accident.

She was born Jan. 11, 1991, in Waterloo, daughter of Mark and Lynn Siemens Nagel.

She was a 2009 graduate of Waterloo West High School and was to attend flight attendant school in Minneapolis in January 2010. She was currently working as a banquet server at the Isle Casino Hotel Waterloo.

Survived by: her father of Waterloo; her mother of Janesville; a sister, Jennifer Nagel of Houston; a brother, Nick Nagel of Cedar Falls; paternal grandmother, Darlene Nagel of Waterloo; aunts, Emillee (Ben) Cunningham of Dunkerton, Jennifer Kinard of Denver, Colo., and Lou (Jon) Guetzlaff of Janesville; uncles, Doug Siemens, Bill Siemens of Virginia and Tom (Tammy) Siemens of Waterloo; and cousins, Dan, Nashelle, Drake, Lyle and Nathan.

Preceded in death by: maternal grandparents, Terry Siemens and Caroline Runge Howlett; and paternal grandfather, Curtis Nagel.

Services: 10 a.m. Wednesday at Locke Funeral Home. Her body will be cremated. Public visitation from 4 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
