WATERLOO - G. Ernestine Roberts, 87, of Waterloo, died Sunday, March 12, at Allen Hospital.

She was born Feb. 4, 1919, in Providence, Ky., daughter of Joel Leslie and Bertha Cullen Herron. She married Louis Turner Roberts on May 12, 1940, in Morganfield, Ky.

Mrs. Roberts graduated from Providence High School in 1936 and was a homemaker.

Survivors include: her husband; a daughter, Mary Rita (Mike) Waggoner of Waterloo; three grandchildren; and a brother-in-law, Keith (Marilyn) Yoder of Portage, Mich.

Preceded in death by: a daughter, Dorothy Louise Yoder; a sister, Mary Leslie Yates; and a brother, Bill Herron.

Family services: will be held at a later date, with burial in Waterloo Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. today at Locke Funeral Home.
