Adam Schmidt

Jesup -- Services for Adam Schmidt, 86, who died Sunday evening at the Friendship Village Retirement Center in Waterloo, will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the St. Athanasius Catholic Church; rosary at 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Parker Funeral Home; burial in the church cemetery; survivors include his wife, mary of the Friendship Village; three sons, Lewis of Jesup, Vincent of Orleans, neb., and Tony of 2779 Fairlane, Waterloo; three daughters, Mrs. LeRoy Bahl of 1321 Columbus Dr., and Mrs. William Plummer of 1241 E. Donald St., both of Waterloo, and Mrs. Margaret Meyer of Jesup; 21 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one brother, Phillip Schmidt of Redwood Falls, Minn.; two sisters, Mrs. Clara Meisch of Gilbertville, and Mrs. William Wagner of Atlanta, Ga.
