MRS. FRED L. HAUSMAN

Mrs. Fred L. Hausman, Route 2, Waterloo, died at 4:20 p.m. Sunday in Allen Memorial hospital, of a cerebral hemorrhage.

A lifelong resident of Mt. Vernon township, she was a member of St. Paul's Evangelical church there.

Born Hannah Wasserfort in Mt. Vernon township on May 5, 1887, she was the daughter of Herman and Mina Wasserfort. She was married in the township on Nov. 20, 1912.

Surviving in addition to her husband are her parents, Route 2, Waterloo; two sons, Lawrence, Route 2, Waterloo, and Elmer, Route 3, Waterloo; four daughters, Ruth, Mildred, Florence and Elna, all at home; four brothers, Bernard, 738 Riehl street; John and Henry, both of Route 2, Waterloo, and Herman, Jesup, Ia.; two sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Bolte, Tripoli, Ia. and Mrs. Mamie Brunscheon, Sumner, Ia., and four grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Elsie.

The body was taken to O'Keefe & Towne funeral home.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at St. Paul's Evangelical church, Mt. Vernon, Ia., with Rev. Carl Jankowski officiating. Burial in the church cemetery.
