Elsie V. Glessner, 85, of 3720 Village Place, died Thursday, Feb. 20, at Covenant Medical Center of natural causes.

She was born Nov. 13, 1906, in Perth, N.D., daughter of Frank Henry and Melissa Mae Albertson Graybill. She married Lew Wallace Glessner in Cando, N.D., on June 13, 1928. He died July 7, 1979.

Mrs. Glessner taught school in North Dakota for a number of years and was a charter member of Grace Brethren Church.

Survivors include two sons, Curtis F. of Waterloo and Roy L. of Sturgeon Bay, Wis.; three grandchildren; two stepgreat-great-grandchildren; a brother, Roy Graybill of Seattle; and a sister, Cara Barker of Seattle; she was preceded in death by three brothers, Ray, Robert and Clarence Graybill.

Services were 11 a.m. today at Grace Lutheran Church. Burial was in Garden of Memories Cemetery. The Kearns, Huisman-Schumacher Chapel on Kimball was in charge of arrangements.
