MRS. JACK CURTIS.
News of the tragic death of Mrs. Jack Curtis at Lake Stevens, Wash., last Monday, was contained in a letter received today by her brother, F.F. Jungkunz, Cedar Heights. Mrs. Curtis was struck by a falling tree and her skull was crushed.

Mary Jungkunz lived for many years in Allison, Butler county. She had also lived at Ackley. She was 59 years old and leaves her husband, four children and the following sisters: Mrs. W.S. Pratt, Audubon, Wash., and Mrs. Harriet Jennings, Lake Stevens. Mrs. Edward McFarlane, 216 Walnut street, Waterloo, is a niece.
