OSAGE, IOWA — Roger J. "Nick" Kubicek, 76, died Sunday, January 18, 1998, at his home.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Champion Funeral Home with the Rev. Dennis Hanson officiating.

Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. Tuesday and continue until service time at the Champion Funeral Home.

There will also be a prayer service and military service at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home in Cedar Falls. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Cedar Falls.

Roger "Nick" J. Kubicek was born April 26, 1921, in Bonair.

Survivors include his wife, Ruth Kubicek, of Osage; two sisters, Olive Ellis of Charles City and Bonnie Reich of Mason City; and two brothers, Don "Wig" Kubicek and Dale "Pete" Kubicek, both of Osage.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife, one daughter, one brother and one sister.
