Wagar Dies
Succumbs Suddenly to
Heart Attack at Midnight
Last Night

Succumbing to a sudden heart attack, Clarence Wagar, 64, died at midnight last night at his home, less that two hours after returning from a visit down town. Burial will be May 6 in West view cemetery, but other funeral arrangements have not been announced.
Mr. Wagar was born Nov. 28, 1874, on a farm west of La Porte City, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Hiram Wagar. For many years he dealt in real estate and automobiles here.
He is survived by his wife, Mabel Hummel Wagar, who is employed in the office of Dr. R. B. Fields.
