Ruby Ann Lee, 83, of Vinton Lutheran Homes in Vinton, Iowa and formerly of La Porte City, Iowa died Saturday morning May 20. 2006 at the Vinton Lutheran Home from natural causes.

She was born February 25, 1923, in Missouri, the daughter of Walter E. and Vincie Lynn Brown Robins.

Ruby married Elzie Lee on January 25, 1941 in Ashflat, Arkansas. He died July 8, 1992.

Ruby's survivors include: 3 Sons: Lindy (Jane) of Orange County, California, Donald G. (Joan) of Clarksville, Iowa and Elzie Jr. (Linda) Lee of La Porte City, Iowa; 2 daughters: Shirley J. (Jerry) Tompkins and Joann Bruce, both of La Porte City; 2 brothers: Jack Robins of Searcy, Arkansas and Frank Robins of Waterloo, Iowa; 15 Grandchildren and 16 Great Grandchildren with another expected and 3 GreatGreat Grandchildren.

Preceded by: Parents, Husband; 1 brother; Porter Robins; 5 sisters; Louise Dawes, Maude Sterling, Marcel Pettengill, Nellie Pratta and Cledith Morris; 1 grandoson; Kevin Lee.

Services were held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 23, 2006 at Huiseman Funeral Homes, with burial in West View Cemetery, both of La Porte City.
