Conrad Kaiser Dead
The body of Conrad G. Kaiser was brought here yesterday by Ashley and Waldroff from Tama, Iowa, where death occurred yesterday morning, following a stroke of apoplexy.
The funeral service will be held tomorrow afternoon at one-thirty o'clock in the La Porte City M. E. Church and will be conducted by the pastor Reverend G. D. Gaide. Interment will be made in Fairview Cemetery.
Mr. Kaiser was born March 1, 1854, in Lee County, Ill., and was the son of Conrad B. and Anna Kaiser, who came to this country from Germany. For many yearss he was a resident of the Dysart community and is well known here. Surviving are two brothers, H.H. Kaiser and Phil Kaiser, the last of his immediate family.
