AMELIA KOEPAmelia A. Koep, 95, Belle Plaine, grandmother of Don Schild died July 31 at St. Luke's Hospital, Cedar Rapids. Funeral services were held Aug. 4 in Belle Plaine with interment in Oak Hill Cemetery.
She was born April 5, 1892, at rural Newhall and with her husband Louis F. Koep had farmed in the Keystone-Belle Plaine area. Following the death of her husband in 1951 she moved to Belle Plaine in 1956.
She is survived by one son Stanley Koep, rural Belle Plaine; two daughters Mildred Schild, rural Belle Plaine, and Dorothy Miller, Cedar Rapids; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
