Mrs. Francis Subra, died at the residence of her son, Mr. Stephen Subra, near Vinton, early on Tuesday morning June 19, aged 74 years. The funeral was held on Wednesday, Rev. E.H. Avery officiating. (Vinton Semi-Weekly Eagle, Friday, June 22, 1888)
