Alonzo BRADLEY was my great-grandfather. He and wife Jane had several children, one of which was Bessie Lee BRADLEY, born 1876 who was my grandmother. I don't have a lot of time for research yet, but did find him in a online database of American Civil War Soldiers through Ancestry.com. This was 3 years ago. It has him enlisting 16 January, 1864 at age of 27. Enlisted in Company E, 12th Infantry Regiment Iowa on 22 February 1864. Mustered out of same on 20 January 1866 in Memphis, TN. I have some info on Jane S. Bell, his wife that I received from a Bell relative, but have lost contact. I would be interested in what you find.
