Thursday, Sept. 28, 1899, pg. 8Mrs. Mary Birril Robson, died at
her home in Audubon township,
north of Anita, Sunday, September
24th. Her death was caused by blood
poisoning resulting from a felon on
one of her fore fingers. She suffered
for several months and medical
science did not seem to to be able to
afford her any relief. The funeral
took place Monday, Rev. Charles
Walker, conducting. The deceased
was born at Warwick Bridge, Cumberland (Cumbria)
county, England, September
24, 1849. She was a good hearted
soul who had a kind word for everyone.
After a half century of useful
years, she has gone to receive her reward.
Mr. Robson and family wish
to express their heartfelt thanks to
their friends and neighbors who so
kindly assisted them in their great
bereavement.Note: Mary was married to Joseph "Joe" Robson.
