MRS. HAMMAN DEAD

Mrs. Dora Hamman, a sister of
Mr. David Dutler of LaPorte City,
lowa and of Mrs. Jake Engle of this
city (Exira) died at her home in Springfield
Minnesota, Saturday, June 28th.
The remains were brought to Adair
accompanied by Chris Dutler of
Springfield, Minnesota, and on
Thursday were interred in the Audubon
Township Church Cemetery,
with Rev. Deletzke in charge.

Mrs. Hamman left a family of
four children, two boys and two
girls; also five brothers and five
sisters. Those attending the funeral
from a distance were Mrs.
Klence of Chicago, a sister of Mrs.
Hamman, Henry Dutler, a brother
and wife of South Dakota.

CARD OF THANKS

For the considerate attention rendered
us in our bereavement, and
for the profusion of such beautiful
flowers at the last sad rite of our
departed one, we sincerely thank
you all. The Family

Note: Parents of Dora Dutler were David Dutler and Anna Katherine "Kate" Schneider, immigrants from Switzerland. Dora was married to John Henry August Hammann.
