EXIRA DEPARTMENT

Recently Mr. Frank Ostrander arriv-
ed from Nebraska to visit with his sis-
ters, Mrs. Julius Briggs and Mrs. Dan'l
Brandstatter, of Hamlin township.
Tuesday he was taken suddenly ill and
Doctor Lauritzen was called but before
his arrival the young man was dead.
Doctor Koob, of Brayton, was called
and together with Doctor Lauritzen
held a post mortem examination over
the remains and found that the heart
had an unnatural growth, which was
the cause of death. The remains were
buried in the Exira Cemetery, today.
