Death of
George W. Kline

George W. Kline, commonly
known as "Bud" Kline, passed
away at his home last Sunday
evening.

He had not been well for the
past four years, and had been
bedfast the two weeks preced-
ing his death. Mr. Kline was a
few days more than 70 years of
age.

OBITUARY

George William (Bud) Kline,
son of Alexander and Estaline
Kline, was born May 21, 1874, in
Audubon county, and passed
away May 28th, 1944, at Exira.

He was married to Nettie Bru-
ner, of Exira, March 12, 1902,
and to this union were born four
children; George, of McCannon,
Idaho; Ellen Paige, of Pocatello,
Idaho; Robert in the U. S. Army.
The other son passed away in
1933. There are eight grandchil-
dren.

Most of Mr. Kline's life was
spent in Audubon and Cass
counties.

He leaves to mourn his loss,
his widow, the three living chil-
dren, and many other relatives
and friends.

Funeral services will be held
at the Federated church Friday,
June 2nd, at 2:00 o'clock, with
the pastor, Rev. S. E. Wright, of-
ficiating.

Casket bearers will be William
Ludwig, Barney Doffing, A. F.
Littlefield, Jess Bruner, Tom
Hill and A. J. Karstens.

Burial will be in the Exira
cemetery.

Note: Parents of George William "Bud" Kline were Alexander Kline and Cornelia Estaline "Este" Martin. He was married to Annetta "Nettie" Bruner.
