Granddaughter of Local
Lady Died At Carroll

Gloria Jeann, little daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. Earl Chase of Carroll and
grandaughter of Mrs. Sylvia Chase
of this place (Exira), died Saturday, February
8. The child was two years, three
months and five days of age. She is
survived by her parents and a baby
sister, Georgia Mae. Funeral services
were held at Carroll at 1:30 Monday
afternoon.

People from here who attended the
funeral were Mrs. Sylvia Chase, Mr.
and Mrs. Chas. Kommes and son, Mrs.
Anne Williams, Miss Mary Williams,
Mr. and Mrs. Glen Neal, Mr. and Mrs.
Roy McClain, Mr. and Mrs. Wesley
Chase, Mrs. Elmer Green, Miss Rosella
Green and Miss Bernice Brauch.

Note: Parents were Earl Julius "Jerry" Chase and Leota Catherine Martes.
