Relative Of Local
People Died In Canada

Word has been received here of
the death of Joel William Hall at
Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, on
November 1. Funeral services
were held at a funeral home in
Edmonton and the body was
placed in a mausoleum.

Mr. Hall, who was 85 years of
age, was a resident of Exira for
a great many years. He was a
brother-in-law of George and
Frank Leffingwell of this place.

He is survived by his widow,
five daughters and two sons. The
daughters are Mrs. W. R. Cough-
lin, Mrs. I. L. Daniels and Mrs.
John Bowman, all of Edmonton;
Mrs. R. Porter of Ft. Saskatche-
wan and Mrs. Orval Froatz of
Los Angeles, California. The
sons are Frank and John Hall
of Edmonton.

Note: Joel William Hall's parents were Samuel Hall and Mary June Hasty. His wife was Emily May Leffingwell.
