Former Exira Woman
Dies In California

Word was received here Monday
of the death of Miss Hallie Cot-
ton, daughter of Ed Cotton, at her
home in Baldwin Park, California.
She had been ill with influenza a
short time but her illness was not
thought to be serious.

Her brother, Joy Cotton, of this
place left Monday evening for Cal-
ifornia.

Note: Parents were Edward Douglas "Ed" Cotton and Anna Eliza Rendleman.
