Robison rites
held Thursday

Funeral services for Mrs.
Thorle Robison, 51, were held
Thursday afternoon at the
Dunn Funeral Home in Des
Moines. Interment was in the
Highland Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Robison, the former
Rose Wells, died Tuesday, Au-
gust 14, following a lingering
illness.

A daughter of Mary (J. Schwab 1883-1974) and An-
drew Wells, she was born May
28, 1911, on a farm southeast
of Exira.

She graduated from the Exira
high school, attended a busi-
ness college in Omaha and was
employed by the Kozy Man-
ufacturing Co. in Exira until
her marriage to Mr. Robison (1907-1974).
Their frist two years of marri-
age was spent in Anita, there-
after in Des Moines until her
death. She was affiliated with
the University Christian church
in Des Moines.

Surviving besides her hus-
band are three daughters, her
mother, two sisters, Mrs. Emil
Crow and Mrs. Ruth Alston
