Funeral of Brayton
Lady Held Saturday

Funeral services wer held Satur-
day afternoon at the Danish Luther-
an church for Mrs. Mads Hansen,
who died last Wednesday at the
family home four miles south of
Brayton. The services were con-
ducted by the Rev. Frits Andersen.
Burial was in the Exira cemetery.

Anne Marie Hansen was born in
Sanderum, Fyan, Denmark, on Oc-
tober 3, 1864. She was united in
marriage to Mads Hansen on May
7, 1887, and to this union two sons
were born. They came to America
in March, 1912, and setled in the
vicinity of Exira later moving to a
farm four miles south of Brayton.
Mrs. Hansen was a member of the
Exira Danish Lutheran church.

The husband, two sons, Hans
Rasmus Hansen and Kasper Peter
Hansen, both of Brayton, and nine
grand children are left to mourn the
loss of a faithful and loving wife
and mother.
