Kline rites
held Monday

Funeral services were conduct-
ed Monday for Mrs. Lowell Kline,
42, former Audubon township
resident, at the Lutheran church
in Osceola. Burial was in the
cemetery in Osceola.

Mrs. Kline died at 7:30 a.m.
Friday at an Osceola.hospital af-
ter suffering a stroke the pre-
vious Wednesday. She was born
Dec. 10, 1915 at Exira, the
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. And-
rew Denison.

On Feb. 21, 1940, she was mar-
ried to Lowell Kline. They lived
at Anita and Wiota and moved to
Osceola about eight years ago.

She is survived by her hus-
band, five children, James, Rich-
ard, Kenneth, Merlin. and Cheryl
Ann; her parents, Mr. and Mrs.
Andrew Denison of Atlantic, two
sisters, Mary Ann Denison of At-
lantic and Mrs. Glenn McCuen
of Leroy. Ill., and a brother, Dale
Denison of, Jamaica, Iowa.

1. Frederick Lowell Kline, born September 25, 1918 in Exira, Audubon County, Iowa; died May 14, 2003 in West View Care Center, Indianola, Warren County, Iowa. He was the son of 2. Jay Delmar Kline and 3. Anna Carolina Gebers. He married (1) Erma Denison February 21, 1940 in KMA Radio station, Shenandoah, Iowa. She was born December 10, 1915 in Exira, Audubon County, Iowa, and died March 21, 1958 in Osceola, Iowa at a hospital. She was the daughter of Andrew Denison and Petrea Jensen. He married (2) Doris Mears December 17, 1958 in Leon, Iowa. She was born November 28, 1927.

2. Jay Delmar Kline, born April 20, 1893 in Guthrie Co., Iowa; died February 23, 1973 in Cass County Memorial Hospital, Atlantic, Iowa. He was the son of 4. Frederick Grant "Fred" Kline and 5. Leona B. Davis. He married 3. Anna Carolina Gebers December 01, 1915 in German Lutheran Church, Guthrie County, Iowa.
3. Anna Carolina Gebers, born April 23, 1895 in Aububon County, Iowa; died May 16, 1974 in Crestwood Nursing Home, Anita, Cass County, Iowa. She was the daughter of 6. Fred W. Gebers and 7. Mary Wedemeyer.
