Notice of Dissolution

Notice is hereby given that the
Audubon Township Creamery Associ-
ation, a corporation heretofore or-
ganized and existing under the Laws
of the State of Iowa, with the prin-
cipal place of business in Audubon
Township, Audubon County, Iowa, in
accordance with the provisions of its
Articles of Incorporation, has de-
cided on its dissolution, and from
this date will pass out of existence
and stand dissolved as a body cor-
porate.

Dated at Exira, Iowa, this 14th day
of August, 1931.
