John Weir was born Jan 30, 1794, in Kentucky. Died Oct 26, 1856, Appanoose County, Iowa. He married Elizabeth Tolly on Dec 12, 1815.

There is a predigree chart for John and parents noted for Elizabeth Jolly. Their daughter, Minerva Weir, married John Grass.

I have a friend also searching for info. on the same couple.
