The Otterbein Cemetery northwest (one mile north and 3 1/2 miles west) of Moulton might be the one you're thinking of. A John and Amanda Riggle sold some land to the Church of the United Brethren in Christ in 1872 and this is the location of the Otterbein Cemetery. There is a William and Elizabeth Riggle buried here but apparently there are no stones for John or Amanda. This information came from the book: Cemeteries of Appanoose County, Iowa by W.M. Heusinkveld and the Washington Township Cemetery Book published by the Appanoose County Genealogy Society.
