Thank you for this information, Jeanie. I am going to pursue the census records for 1880 over the weekend. My records indicate that she moved to Iowa in 1879 where she lived for the next 8 years. Also, she may be buried in Monroe county (next to Appanoose) as that is where her (2) children and their families are buried. I found them in the ARNOLD/ROBINSON Cemetery in Urbana Township. Even though her obituary states that she was "from" Appanoose county, she may not have been buired there.
