N.H. Phillips N.H.

My name is Stacie McGill. I recently received the medical records for my great grandmother, Winifred McVeigh Anderson, from the Mt. Pleasant Hospital for the Insane. The record states that in 1949 she was transferred to the Appanoose County Home, then in 1950 was transferred to N.H. Phillips N.H. My question is does anyone know what the N.H. Phillips N.H. is? It's definitely not a family member. I thought perhaps it was a poorhouse but cannot find a record of it. Any help would be very much appreciated.
