That cemetery is in Johns Township and it has a link to his wife. The Findgrave entry is transcribed as Sabrah but I think the stone reads Sarah.

Maybe whoever transcribed his stone made an error on his death date too. That stone is impossible for me to read.

I'd say there's no doubt that's John and Sarah.
