There are no entries for them in the major grave web sites (findagrave the iowagravestones). If no one comes and can finds them in one of the local cemetery books, for William you can get his death certificate, which should have his burial location.

Sarah's won't be available there since they didn't send copies to the state when she passed.

But you could order a film from familysearch and view at a Family History Center near you. It's the first film on this page:
