For Martha Susan Lippert there are two excellent genealogies posted on ancestry.com, one put up by McKim/Harris and the other by Harper. Both have photos and somewhat different but consistent information. The Harper one has more. While I can’t vouch for the accuracy of the work, the fact that both have many citations does raise confidence that they’re carefully researched. To view them, you can do a trial subscription to Ancestry, just be sure to cancel before the trial runs out. The other alternative is free access at either of two places. Many public libraries have free access to Ancestry. Ask a librarian how to access it. The other is a Family History Center run by the Mormon Church. You can find the library closest to you here:

Here’s an interesting biography published in 1922. Do a Find for “Keithly” and it starts in the following paragraph:
For Paulina Sparling I found her in Ralls County, Missouri in 1850 living with her mother:

Here’s William Roland in the same census in the same county:
https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:MDZJ-KC1
That lists his father’s name as Gasper but it’s Casper.
I couldn’t find Paulina’s parents in any census but here is their marriage, in Orange County, Indiana in 1827, right on the Kentucky border. That gives you his first name and her last name.

I couldn’t find anything more on either of them.
Here’s Paulina and William’s gravestone in Davis County, just over the county line from where they lived in Union Township, Appanoose County:

That looks like a modern replacement stone so the information is less trustworthy than an original.
The familysearch URL's didn't end up as clickable links so you'll have to copy them into your browser.
