FRED SCOTT OF CINCINNATI DIES
Life Long "Resident of Cincinnati and Vicinity Taken at Greentop, Missouri
Cincinnati, July 10 —(Special)—
Fred Scott, age 51, long-time resident of Cincinnati, passed away at 3:00 o'clock Wednesday afternoon at Greentop, Mo.
Mr. Scott was born near Cincinnati Nov. 22, 1890. In 1909 he was united in marriage to Goldie Hamilton, who preceded him in death a number of years ago. One son was born to this union, who still survives.
Later he was married to Floy McIntire, who also preceded him in death six years ago.
All his life was spent in or near Cincinnati until a year ago when he moved to Greentop, Mo., where he operated a cafe.
In death he is survived by one son Forest Scott of Cincinnati, 8 brothers Jess and Clarence Scott of Cincinnati and Alva of Unionville Mo., one brother Arthur, preceded him in death three years ago. Four sisters Mrs. Joe Meyers, Unionville, Mo., Mrs. Lafe Coop, Newtown, Mo., Mrs. Lelah Arnaman of Centerville, Iowa, Mrs. Avis Freeborn, Cincinnati; two grandchildren Freddie and Dorothy, besides
many other relatives and friends who mourn his passing.
Funeral services will be held, a t t h e Christian church in Cincinnati Friday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock.
Burial will be in Pleasant Hill cemetery.
