Here’s Izora (with name listed as Flora) in the 1895 state census living with her mother Sarah E. Wales and her mother’s family in Wayne County, IA. Both of their birth places were listed as Wayne County:

In multiple censuses Wade Loofborough (spelled several different ways) was born about 1836 in PA and Elizabeth (maiden name unknown) was born in 1840 in IN. Every census I found them in they were living in South Fork, Wayne County, IA.

In the 1885 census Sarah E. was unmarried and living with her parents.

Here’s Izora living with her mother Sarah E. (now remarried) in the 1900 census in South Fork, Wayne County, IA:

So Sarah E. married a man with the last name of Wales some time between 1885 and 1890, he was gone before 1895, and Sarah E. remarried between 1895 and 1900 to John Arron Duer.

Here’s an 1897 plat map for Wayne County. Use the scroll bar on the right to get down to the map for South Fork Township. Click on that township name and then drag the map around until you find section 13. Wade Loofbrough is there and right next to him is John A. Duer, so Sarah only had to cross a fence to find her second husband.

Here’s Sarah E. Duer’s findagrave entry in Delta Cemetery, Colorado, buried with her second husband John A.

James W. Cole and Izora were in Laramie, WY in the 1920 and 1930 censuses. From the 1930 census I can deduce they were married about 1909. In the 1940 census they were in Johns Township, Appanoose County, IA and noted that they had lived in the same residence in 1935. In this 1952 plat map for Johns Townsip you can see the land they were on in section 7, northwest of Plano.
