My ancestor Elizabeth Richards Loch is buried alongside William Loch in the Oakland Cemetery, Centerville, Appanoose County, Iowa. Date of death is December 25, 1893 although the Oakland Cemetery gravestone shows 1894. I'm trying to locate a death certificate that would show Elizabeth Loch was daughter of George Richards and Lucy Riley. Can anyone lead me to where I can find this death record? I've been unable to find it on-line.
