Question: Did Harry, Grace and James C. took Alonzo’s last name as Wilson? They were the children of Frederick Harness. See below.

Mattie Shook Wilson’s obit dated 1931:

Mattie Shook married to Frederick Harness on February 16,1892, in Centerville, Iowa. To this union were born three children, Harry, Grace and James C. Later she was married to Alonzo M. Wilson. Four children, Rozinni, Roy, Ray and Hazel, were born to this union. Rozinni died in infancy and Roy passed away three weeks ago. Her husband died in April, 1922.
