Let me see if I have this straight. Your query concerns chiefly the whereabouts of Juanita J. Smiths parents, Juanita's birthdate and who she married?
Appanoose County old age assistance record
compiled in 1934 list a Juanita J. Smith born in Centerville, parents listed as W.E. Smith and Lillian Porter. She lists her birthdate as March 16, 1911.
In the 1925 Iowa state census record found in Ancestry. Juanita is 13yrs old living with grandparents Charles N. Main (parents John Main and Sarah Thackery) Eva Porter Main(parents James H. Porter and Elizabeth Shosas) old age assistance records list Eva (Evaline) mother as Martha Shawgo. This listing gives Juanita's mother as dead and her fathers age of 36yrs.
Juanita's parents are listed as William E. Smith and Lillian Porter.

In the Moravia City Cemetery Listing there is a Lillian Smith born Mar.16,1891, died Jan.25,1920.

Charles and Eveline Main are also buried in the Moravia City Cemetery.

I not getting the grand daughter connection of Juanita. Is Juanita's mother a Main? and she married a Porter then Smith.
