Wm. M. King family

William M. King b. abt. 1820 IN m. abt. 1843 Clark Co., IN to Frances Wadkins b. abt 1825 IN & 6 of their 9 known children were born there. They migrated to Appanoose Co., Iowa before the 1860 census and lived in Washington Twp. The 1870 census they were there, but not on index of census. They are there in 1880 and 1885 State Census, but by 1900 only Frances "Fanny" King still living with children.

Where are William & Frances King buried?

1. Louisa King b. 1844 IN
2. Ann King b. 1846 IN
3. George Abraham King b. 1849 IN

m. Mariah Belle Pleasants in Lincoln Co., KS and lived there.
4. Nancy King b. 1850 IN possibly m. John Davis
5. Charles H. King b. 1854 IN
6. Solomon D. King b. 1854 IN
7. Joseph R. King b. 1857 IA
8. Granville Columbus King b. 1860 IA
