I did a google search on the father and came up with a couple of pages:

This page has several mentions of Hughes, including Frank and Cam (misspelled). They appear to be your family. Once the page comes up, do a Find for "hughes". You'll have to cut and paste the URL below since it does not all show up as a URL:
