Obituary
Isaac Victor Streepy was born March 30, 1896, on a farm near Centerville, the son of Herbert S. And Belle Hoover Streepy. He passed away on Monday, June 6, 1966, at 7:10 p.m. in the Vet-England. Mr. Strepy was Iowa, at the age of 70 years, two months and six days.
He was married to Vera Curl and to this union was born one son, Dale, now of Winters, California. Following her death he was married to Sadie Wells and to this union one son was also born, Larry Victor, now with the Air Force and stationed in England. Mr. Streepy was later married to the former Sylvia Main, now deceased, and Ora Daniels Cline, who survives.
He was employed for 35 years with the Iowa State Highway maintenance department and was retired in 1962. He was a member of the first Methodist Church American Legion, and the veterans of World War I.
Mr. Streepy is also survived by seven grandchildren, one great grandchild and seven stepchildren.
