C.P. Cole
C. P. Cole was born near Hibbs, Indiana, August 23, 1837. He came to Iowa with his parents in 1852, was united marriage with Nancy Katherine Haught in 1866 and located on the Brazilla Bowen farm northwest of Centerville, later locating at Garfield station where he passed away Friday October 12, at 11:14 a.m. Burial was made in Concord cemetery.
Mr Cole is survived by his wife and two daughters, Mrs. Bert Nelson of near Kirksville, Missouri and Mrs. Frank Ball, of Plano, Iowa
